Refund policy

Returns: Due to the nature of perfumes (cosmetic/personal use), we can only accept unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Returnable: Opened products, used products, and promotional/free items.

Exchanges: Possible only in case of a defective or damaged item, reported within 48 hours of receipt.
